Yes! However, requesting a custom rotating card to show on the Echo devices in your residents’ apartments and homes has some special requirements.
Custom card requests are those you wish to add into the rotation in addition to your activities calendar and menu (these items are automatically included).
In general, rotating cards are for ‘events’ that run for a certain period of time. As such, it is important to know:
- There can be a maximum of 20 cards in rotation at any given time.
- The number of cards rotating depends on the quantity of items on your activities calendar and menu.
- A rotating card is either ‘in’ or ‘out’ of rotation
- A custom card will rotate for a period of time. If there are 5 cards in rotation, that means your custom card will show every 5th time.
- You must specify EXACTLY what you want the card to say. There is a “heading” and a “subheading”.
- Heading - 25 characters maximum
- Sub-head - 60 characters maximum
