How do I access the Serenity app?

The Serenity application is available on mobile devices and via a Web-browser.

On a mobile device

  • Go to your app store (Apple) or play store (Android)
    • Search “Serenity Connected” 
    • Find the green and teal logo

        

  • Download the app to your device
  • A popup will ask you if you’d like to allow notifications - select “Allow” (you can always change this in your settings, but if you turn off notifications, you will not know if there are new messages)

             

  • Enter the email and password provided in your email invitation
    • Didn’t receive an email invitation?
      • Check your spam folder
      • If not there, ask your on-site Serenity Administrator
  • The first time you log in, you will be required to create your own unique password.
  • Agree to terms

  • You will see a list of communication channels on the left side of your screen, tap on a channel and say hello!

On Web browser

  • Go to: app.serenityconnect.com
  • Enter the email and password provided in your email invitation
    • Didn’t receive an email invitation?
      • Check your spam folder
      • If not there, ask your on-site Serenity Administrator
