The Serenity application is available on mobile devices and via a Web-browser.
On a mobile device
- Go to your app store (Apple) or play store (Android)
- Search “Serenity Connected”
- Find the green and teal logo
- Download the app to your device
- A popup will ask you if you’d like to allow notifications - select “Allow” (you can always change this in your settings, but if you turn off notifications, you will not know if there are new messages)
- Enter the email and password provided in your email invitation
- Didn’t receive an email invitation?
- Check your spam folder
- If not there, ask your on-site Serenity Administrator
- Didn’t receive an email invitation?
- The first time you log in, you will be required to create your own unique password.
- Agree to terms
- You will see a list of communication channels on the left side of your screen, tap on a channel and say hello!
On Web browser
- Go to: app.serenityconnect.com
- Enter the email and password provided in your email invitation
- Didn’t receive an email invitation?
- Check your spam folder
- If not there, ask your on-site Serenity Administrator
