Tips & Tricks
- It is important to know who you are communicating with. Tap (mobile) or click (Web) the 3 dots in the upper right corner in a channel lets you:
- See all participants in that channel
- Find any Pinned messages
- Mute the push notifications for that specific channel
- When a user is archived (deleted) from your system, or removed from a communication channel, the content they provided does not disappear. This allows you to maintain an accurate history of communication.
- New users added to a channel will be able to view all historical content. This enables new staff members to accelerate their learning curve.
- We encourage all users to add a photo to their profile. This helps create a more personalized touch, and ensures you know with whom you are communicating.
At this time, profile photos must be added via the Mobile app.- Tap “more” at bottom of the home screen on the Mobile app
- Tap Account
- Tap “Edit” on the profile photo circle
- Take or upload a photo
- Save
- It is important to ensure you know and follow any outlined policies and procedures for using Serenity provided by your organization.
