What if we don't receive census download from MorseLife?

Post a message to Johan in the #MatrixCare Downloads (MorseLife) channel. Also send Michael Branch an email letting him know that we did not receive the census on x date.

If we did not receive the census, it is likely because Johan is out of the office. No one else is monitoring Serenity in his office.
