Serenity can be used by anyone involved in the care of an older adult. This includes:
- Leadership
- To share company/corporate communication and announcements
- To recognize outstanding work/staff members
- To introduce new staff or residents
- To request ideas or feedback on a topic
- Staff members
- To communicate and collaborate with each other
- To receive information and announcements from the leadership and/or corporate team(s)
- To communicate with partner providers (such as hospice, home health, home care, pharmacy, rounding doctors, etc)
- To share updates, photos, videos, or files with family members
- Provider partners
- To communicate and collaborate about the shared care of a resident
- To share forms and files with patient information such as doctors orders, hospice referrals, etc.
- Care recipients (smart device required)
- To perform tasks such as daily check-in
- To obtain information about activities or menus
- To video or voice call other residents, family, friends, or approved staff
- To call for help when unable to reach a phone or call pendant/pull cord
- Family
- To receive updates, photos, videos, or files from staff about their loved one’s care
- To view information about menus or activities enabling them to encourage resident engagement
- To ask quick questions of the staff about their loved one, such as whether they need more toiletry supplies, or let staff know they’ll be there on Wednesday to take dad to the dentist
